1. Cancellation Before Shipment: Physical orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at RS@elevatedminds.in. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll process the cancellation and issue a full refund within 24 hours.

2. Cancellation After Shipment: In the event you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, please follow our return policy detailed below.

Return and Refunds

1. Return Eligibility: We offer hassle-free returns for all physical and digital products within 7 days of the purchase/receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return and refund, the physical item must be in its original condition, including all original packaging items, tags, and documentation.
2. Digital Products: In the case of a digital course, you can cancel your course within 7 days of purchase if you don’t like it. I don’t want your money if you are not happy with the course. You can email me at RS@elevatedminds.in & I will cancel your membership and refund your money.
3. Return Process: To initiate a return for the physical product, please contact us at  RS@elevatedminds.in. Upon approval, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
4. Return Confirmation: The refund will be initiated within 48 hours of confirmation of return. Depending on your payment method and banking medium, it may take between 10-15 working days for the refund to reflect in our account.
